This effort aims to protect our critical systems and assets, whether they are physical or virtual. The incapacity or destruction of these systems and assets would have a debilitating impact on national security, economic stability, public health or any combination of the above.
Protecting the critical infrastructure requires the participation of everyone. We can reduce or eliminate the vulnerability, the threat, and the consequences facing our country by working together.

InfraGard Chapters are geographically linked by FBI Field Office territories with a dedicated Special Agent to address chapter needs. Each chapter develops a specialized program that addresses the unique desires of the local membership.
Chapters hold regular meetings to discuss issues, threats, and other matters that impact our nation. Speakers from public and private agencies and the law enforcement community are invited to attend chapter activities.
The Hampton Roads chapter is InfraGard Virginia, which combines the Norfolk and Richmond FBI Field Office territories.
